Indonesia Showing Hindu Ramayana Inspired Art Exhibition

INDONESIA---National Gallery of Indonesia (Galeri Nasional Indonesia) in Jakarta is currently holding an exhibition of digital artworks inspired by ancient Hindu text Ramayana. This solo exhibition of Spanish artist Nonia de la Rosa reportedly contains 25 digitally painted pictures and shall run till July 14. She came across Ramayana during her 2012 journey to India, and Indonesia became second stop in her further search, thus finally resulting in ancient Ramayana becoming the fundamental inspiration for these artworks, reports suggest.
